最有問題的是Artificial sweeter--Asparatem(阿斯巴代糖,宣稱無熱量),;其次是果糖(Frucotose---只是形成三酸甘油脂--脂肪肝與臟器脂肪),;再就是Table sugar(蔗糖--雙糖),;這都是美國的經濟與衛教的錯誤觀念,;果糖主要是玉米澱粉提煉---High Frucotose Corn Syrup(HFCS)--毒澱粉(澱粉多(都)是基改玉米澱粉---GMO,;加發泡劑而來!!!....抱歉!!!我太懶了!!!

那現在市面上有零熱量糖(赤藻糖醇)，安全嗎?....太難了?! 我才疏學淺,不懂!!

但我知道玄米茶油切飲料,......玄米就是米糠油,油切茶就是綠茶!!!.....
米糠油與麻油,在去年美國心臟醫 學會年會才認可有降總膽固醇與壞膽固醇(LDL)及三酸甘油脂的功效,......我犯了廣告推銷之法則???!.......

赤藻糖醇---照字面意思,應該是藻類寡糖( 純意思是如木糖醇--Manitol,...Xilytol等,;...8-12個單糖,分子量5000-10,000,是否是五碳糖?! 請指教!!!);
但可以肯定的與台糖寡果糖絕對不同,寡果糖還是果糖(聚合物?)----台糖生產的寡果糖是由蔗糖發酵而來,美國的寡果糖是直接(?)玉米水解而來!!!!
