千萬年薪扣完稅剩下500多萬。 在當地不算高薪。 美國房屋稅每年繳出 是房屋交易價 1.25-1.5%。 基本公資高食衣住行都貴。
美國教育費更是驚人。 每年大學學費$25000-35000 不等。 醫學院學費$45000-$60000 之譜。 醫師薪資若不高是很難引誘年輕人加入。

台灣醫師若移民美國真的很划算。 台灣醫學院學費低廉。 醫學院畢業馬上移民作住院醫師訓練 升主治醫師後 前途光明。 移民就要稱年輕等越久越難混 (不要啊)
