John Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock(made in Japan ) for 6 am. 約翰早上六點被日本製的鬧鐘叫醒。

While his coffee-pot (made in China ) was perking, 他那中國製的咖啡壺燒開了，

he shaved with his electric razor(made in Hong Kong )他用荷蘭的電鬍刀刮鬍鬚。

He put on a dress shirt (made in Sri Lanka ), designer jeans (made in Singapore )and tennis shoes (made in Indonesia) 他穿上斯里蘭卡製的襯衫，新加坡製的長褲及印尼製的運動鞋。

After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet(made in India ) 在他用印度製的長柄電鍋做好早餐之後，

he sat down with his calculator (made in Mexico ) to see how much he could spend today. 他坐下用他墨西哥製的計算機看他今天他能花多少錢。

After setting his watch (made in Malaysia ) to the radio (made in India ) 在他從印度製的收音機上對了馬來西亞製的錶上的時間後，

he got in his car (made in Germany ) filled it with gas (from Saudi Arabia )and continued his search for a good paying American.他上了德國製的車還加滿了從沙烏地阿拉伯進口的油，然後繼續找好待遇的美國工作。!

At the end of yet another discouraging and fruitless day checking his computer(made in Taiwan ), John decided to relax for a while. 在過了沮喪又沒有結果的一天後，他看看他台灣製的電腦，決定放鬆一下。

He put on his sandals (made in Brazil ), poured himself a glass of wine (made in France ) and turned on his TV(made in Korea), and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job in AMERICA . 他穿上巴西製的夾腳拖鞋，倒了一杯法國生產的紅酒然後打開韓國製的電視，還在奇怪為什麼他找不到一個好的美國工作。

And now he is hoping he can get help from president made in Kenya. 現在他在希望從“肯亞製的美國總統”那邊能得到幫助。
